The conflicts in the area of health have their own particularities. However, this area can also have common characteristics with other organizations. Therefore, the tight and strong daily relationship between groups and people with different roles within the community o the limited nature of resources can be conflictive in terms of work and personal relationships. Without question, if these conflicts are well managed and are solved, they can have a positive influence in doing good medicine and boosting the concept of health.
