The group of Contract. Enterprise, assigned to Moncloa Campus within the Cultural Heritage cluster is organizing the conference “Challenges of mortgage credit”.

After the action taken against the effects of the financial crisis, it is time to ask for the achievements of the legislator and the challenges that regulation of mortgage loan issues in the short and medium term, since it affects 90 % of transactions adressed to finance the purchase of a property.

This open seminar aims to share, discuss and debate on ideas, proposals and alternatives on mortgage credit, from both legal and economic point of views, and focusing on the contractual freedom, the improvement of the mortgage credit management and the alternatives in case of adverse conditions (scenarios).
