MaterialsWeek 2014

A new edition of Materials week will take place on April 28, 29 and 30 of 2014. The Moncloa Campus, from the Materials for the Future Cluster, aims to boost its social presence and the synergies amongst, professors, researchers, students and companies within the area of Materials Science and Engineering.

During the MaterialsWeek, there will be diverse outreach activities: workshops with debates about Science, visits to labs and research centres, exhibitions of nanotechnology and photography and theater.

The college students will have the opportunity to attend a job fair, to be volunteers of the MaterialsWeek or to participate in competitions such as scientific dissemination, photography, talent show and entrepreneurship and innovation.

Also, companies will have the opportunity to participate in the MaterialsWeek showing their projects at the exhibition of technology, at the fair job or to participate in the Business, Science and Technology of Materials Forum - FECYTMAT.

Besides, all the researchers interested in this field, including all those who do not belong to the Moncloa Campus, are invited to show their latest developments, and proposals for the future. To promote the collaboration with the industrial sector we propose a multidisciplinary meeting forum called FECYTMAT.
