The Vice-President for Research at the UCM talks about the Campus of International Excellences Moncloa which is coordinated together with the UPM
Joaquín Plumet, Vice-President for Research at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and responsible for the development of Campus Moncloa has highlighted in a recent publication that the work they are conducting is ”œa project of future and will mean an university provided with scientific and non scientific infrastructures for the next generations in order to keep the excellence and to keep growing”.

Joaquín Plumet, Vice-President for Research at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and responsible for the development of Campus Moncloa has highlighted in a recent publication that the work they are conducting is ”œa project of future and will mean an university provided with scientific and non scientific infrastructures for the next generations in order to keep the excellence and to keep growing”.
The Vice-President was interviewed on 13th Febraury by the Tribuna Complutense Magazine; Joaquín says that this is the most ambitious project undertaken by the UCM and whose challenge is to achieve the excellence mention in 2015 when the project will be evaluated.
The Vice-President is clear about the initiatives of Moncloa Campus ”œit has to make profit. We spent 4 million Euros on infrastructures between both universities. The main goal is to obtain return from these infrastructures”.
