The Moncloa Campus will participate in the most important food industry event, Alimentaria 2014

The Moncloa Campus, through the Agri-Food and Health cluster, is part of the RED CEI Agroalimentarios of the Fundación Triptolemos which is participating in Alimentaria 2014. Alimentaria 2014 is an important event of food and beverage. It is benchmark whose success consists in a high specialization, innovation and a foreign relentless vocation.

The Fundación Triptolemos is a nonprofit organization that aims to enhance the efficiency of the food system, including the consumer confidence. Triptolemos assesses the current issues about the food system within the food supply chain: from the raw materials production to the final phase by consumer.

In order to add value to its activities, Triptolemos will participate in Alimentaria 2014 from 31 March to 3 April 2014. Its participation is framed within The Alimentaria Hub, the heart of innovation, knowledge and trends for the food industry and associated agents, is a space that will hold multiple and simultaneous initiatives: conferences, seminars, business meetings, thematic and product exhibitions, new product presentations, etc.

Margarita Ruiz Altisent and Lucas Domínguez Rodríguez, coordinators of the Cluster of Agri-Food and Health of the Moncloa Campus, along with other ten experts in the industry will head one of the five big issues to debate: Brand / Consumer / Social Networks. The obtained conclusions from the debate will be discussed in a large plenary event at The Alimentaria HUB.
